I still have a view that WPL has very strong fundamentals. But I considered a rapid decline in oil price and decided to rebalance my portfolio a bit. I have reduced my exposure to WPL to approximately 35%. Will be holding cash in offset accounts for a time being. Should WPL drop below $29, I'll purchase another parcel. if it drops below $28, I'll purchase another parcel. If it drops below $26, I'll go all in.
At the same time I am monitoring other stocks. I believe the market in general will drop further, so there will be opportunities to buy other oversold stocks.
