Russia is already supplying China via Power of Siberia pipeline. There was a proposal to build another one "Power of Siberia 2"( via Mongolia). China refused to finance the project at the time, basically saying to Gazprom if you want to sell your gas to us, you build it. If this project goes ahead as per schedule( which I doubt now) , then the 1st gas in 2024.
