My hope is that the combination of a US listing and a Top 10 producer post merger allows US fund managers to invest in WPL within the remit of the investment universe restrictions (e.g. funds which are not allowed to invest in Australian stocks can buy WPL on a significantly higher yield than US counterparts if we are listed in US, also top 10 producer should be deemed lower risk too)
