China has 21 ft poles
they are taking more russian oil and diverting equivalent cargo of other source oil to europe destinations for an appropriate fee that they no doubt share with the russians via a back room deal.
You could not take the worlds 2nd largest oil exporter out of the system without major calamity.
The oil will be greeenwashed.
