wpl takeover target price(4 irish) No problem, Irish.
I guess we will just wait and see if:
1. There is or is not a t/o bid in the offing
( I for one, think the rise in WPL is due to more fundamental reasons and would be loathe to see it fall into the hands of a foreign company)
AND,
2. If there is a t/o bid, the market will set the ultimate price.
(That said, it is true that WPL is a more valuable stock than it was when Shell launched its last bid.)
Still .... it should be an interesting time between now and Xmas for WPL holders.
