I really don't know what to think. It is very cheap, hopefully there is nothing bad we are unaware of. On the other-side as Tony mentioned hopefully there is a bidding war for our little parcel or WPL do want to have the whole cake and pay a premium for it.
Time will tell, but hell that is cheap!
