Morning OOO. This deal cannot proceed until the pre-emptive rights are satisfied. If FAR and CNE choose not to move then I wonder if their rights are transferable and someone else can come in with a bid.
Futhermore, I wonder if FAR and CNE can use their pre-emptive rights as bargaining tools to secure favorable conditions moving forward.
In any event WPL look keen to move quickly...and the SP rise yesterday could herald confidence in them as a partner.
