You really need to get over the PE thing... If the asset was amazing WPL could easily swallow both CNE and FAR - hold SNE at 100%. That statement is true PE or no PE. Scarborough development is $7.5B WPL share - enough to buy CNE and FAR, develop SNE, and have significant change to blow on executive bonuses... The reality is that money is better spent developing Scarborough... I don't understand why you cannot comprehend this.
