FAR didn't PE is also correct, they chose to dispute the notification.
If FAR PE and try to on sell, then it triggers PE right all over again. Which would allow CNE a new opportunity to PE. Perhaps in the fantasy world you live in WPL might be a backer of CNE. Cue another 18-24mth delay if that were to happen.
The delay I was clearly referring to was for the "mystery backer" who still has no stake despite all this time passing. You are a muppet if you think a major was backing FAR in their wish to PE SNE from COP.
