    What I posted was fact. FAR didn't PE (they didn't have capability in the timeframe required) they chose to dispute the notice which is their right, they chose to go to arbitration which is their right, they might win.

    If they win and try to on sell then CNE are free to PE the stake and around in a circle we go. At some point rationality will take hold or project delays will be next.

    Win, lose or draw, given the work done so far by WPL it seems more likely than not they will be there whether it costs them more is yet to be seen.
