A correction for you, the opportunity was given but not taken, instead they disputed the notification.

Whether you can afford it or not?? Joseph, I know you are serious but have a think about the last point. PE is not a mechanism to on-sell an asset and in the event it was attempted then the PE rights notification would start again for CNE. It still makes no sense anyway since the "backer" could simply lodge a bid in the first place without FAR taking a cut (which FAR holders have bandied about). Instead there is uncertainty and massive time delay something no major would waste their time on.

In the first place CNE had the opportunity to PE but they did not ,the only company that can PE is FAR and no one else
IF you think over $400 mil is a waste of time ,then i don,t know what planet you live on ,as for waste of time ,things have been going smoothly with no delays ,the only delay is whether WPL will be involved or not .the dispute is with COP ,WPL are just the meat in the sandwich .if you read your own on the sell it will tell you that
