"If we dont get finance approved before the first capital payment for SNE do we risk spending down the USD100m and thereafter keep spending that money until its all gone and then get SNE taken from us and lose everything,?????"
Even if and a big if at that if partial finance is forthcoming can that outcome be averted ?
