Agree.
Investors should face reality and look at the dollars and cents.
1. This board has been there a long time, and they have not delivered any returns to shareholders - in fact, most shareholders are down significantly,
2. The company is on its knees right now. It can not borrow even at "Junk" interest rates. And even if it could, it will be leveraged at around 500% - and very, very few companies have ever survived at such high leverage, and
3. Changing this board now, will be brutal and time consuming. It is much easier to let a big company buy FAR out and remove all the deadwoods.
