WPL has stated Chinguetti reseves remain the same .. but at least they also have Tevet, Tiof and Banda the same also. Tevet might look good for developmnet in that case and the gas component of these 3 discoveries combined has increaded slightly from 474bcf to 500bcf.

Looks OK. Typical WPL .. conservative. They won't increase Chinguetti until they have pumped it for a year probably!
