I got back in today at $17.69. Maybe we will retest the $15 lows, but who cares, I feel sure $17 will prove to be great price for this company. When quality companies get oversold, they should be bought and bought aggressively. I suspect the right price for WPL in normal times is above $30, where it has usually traded. Normality will resume at some stage. Oil price cycles come and go. WPL seems to me to be a great chance to buy low.
