People, if you get sick of me saying the same thing- I will not be offended if you put me on ignore.
But these low oil prices are killing US shale and many other oilers (WPL competitors) around the world. A big issue is Biden's stance on fracking. The best that I can glean from fact check sites etc is that he has softened his stance and would ban fracking on federal lands (% of shale grounds?) but allow existing projects. But, even if he did, consider the effect of withdrawing from international markets US shale/gas. Curtailing or decreasing US shale would be $$$ for WPL SH in the medium to longer term. But I don't think that he would. Happy to be contradicted.
$16.80 for Woodside. Woodside! I just may buy some more.
Otherwise, if it doesn't recover because covid proves to be so severe- well, then money will not be important anyway.
