I have had WPL many times over the journey I first bought at $1 and have done well out of them and I have started to buy back in,if the northern winter should prove to be cold then oil and gas price will rise often after hot dry summer they often have very cold winters.
The rig count in the US is down and it has been a disaster for many in the fracking industry and now many of the wells are in steep decline so it looks to me that things are starting to point to a rise in oil price,even if the price of oil does not rise short term it will rise in the longer term.(IMHO)
