I've got an idea, how about the vulnerable and elderly the hypochondriacs the bludgers that are happy to sit at home on job seeker the media who say anything to sell papers and the public service who are happy to create an atmosphere of fear so we hang on their every word, how about they all self isolate or vaccinate if they wish and the rest of us can get on with our lives and the government can stick their financial penalties where the sun doesn't shine.
Truth is the risk of death and over-run health services is minimal. (all deaths are co-morbidity related anyway) The initial overstated potential risks from this virus has scared the public to accepting draconian lockdown laws (even the WHO does not recommend lockdowns) and now as you say potential penalties for not taking a vaccine when available.
We are becoming a dumbed down society that accepts anything from its its government and public service. - that general direction in any society if continued never ends well.
