If you look at Slide 10 of the March 2004 HDR Information Brochure you could interpret that the Southern and Eastern Chinguetti blocks are filled way beyond spill.

I did suggest a long time ago that there was a possibility that Chinguetti and Tevet could have a common oil/water contact. Perhaps Tevet 2 will provide the answer (at least to the JV, if not to us mushrooms).
