Yes not long to go before HDR is rerated significantly IMHO. The big players generally only come in when its a sure thing (i.e. production, cash flow and more developments approved and funded).

Regarding the rising costs .. one of the factors of course is that rig and equipment cost are rising because the oil industry is booming. An POO will put upward pressure on all business costs eventually ...so ..what better place to invest though than an up and coming oil producer that will benefit from high oil prices rather than suffer ...like HDR!!
