The resolutions regarding the performance shares only require a simple 50% majority of those voting. I would like to think , however , that management might have the integrity to forego the rights if ,say, 30+% voted against it.
The 25% "first strike" rule relates to a company's annual remuneration report - if it is repeated the following year then the remuneration recommendations cannot proceed.
