one of the first things Voelte said after he got on board was that he'd be persuing more rapid assest development after initial discovery. As far as Mauritanea goes it's just a case of say one thing and do the opposite. I agree 5+ years is no better than D+ in my book. As for Tiof, well let's just say if I was a headmaster and he a student I'd expel him from school on the grades he'd be getting. lol
