The arbitration is not a court case.
The arbitration has two parties.
The arbitration is a closed session with 3 high profile International lawyers.
The arbitration has nothing to do with compensation and is only asking for declaratory relief.
While Graham tells us all that it is a "known" that WPL wont make a takeover bid he then tells us that WPL has somehow put lawyers into an arbitration hearing......
