    Not what Dodds meant spinner. What he meant was is that COP had to sell SNE as they were being told by their lenders to cut debt. The price of oil has recovered and so will COP.
    COP will either get to keep the funds from SNE or they will have to pay them back to WPL and then receive new funds.
    WPL might be owed costs although I believe there might be a question mark over that because if FAR win it means the deal was illegal.....and I'm not sure you can recover costs from an illegal deal? WPL chose to continue forth even though they knew FAR were interested, they have no one to blame but themselves if it goes pearshaped. DB
