Yes, same price. Plus share of costs up to this stage as if they had owned the 35%. WPL does not lose amount invested, just profit they stood to gain. COP doesn't lose anything either as they end up with the same amount, just a shuffle of funds from FAR to WPL via COP for the 35% if Far buys (as I understand it).
