right now positive snow anomalies in USA and China reduce aviation and vehicle fuel use and increase heating oil use. It is normal for overall reduction in oil demand globally in northern winter. Volatility is due to speculators and traders in a market where supply exceeds demand. That situation is not permanent! By 2h the situation will begin to reverse and the natural price rubber band is stretched - a rebound is inevitable just a matter of time
