I concur with that HT. Globally WPL are a reasonably low cost producer with little debt to service. I expect more pain, however the pendulum has to swing as high cost producers exit. How long that will take is complicated as there are a number of countries that will financially support producers by various methods ie reducing excise. Norway is already talking about it.
