re: hooter to hardmano..hooter its all o.k till you have an audit then mr taxman decides either you are a trader or an investor .
I think the super fund is the only safe place to buy investment shares if you are deemed to be a trader.
in most cases they will rule you are an investor as its a lot harder to gain trader status.
