Thanks for the reply. I agree with your comments. About a gas development ...very true .. just look at OSH. It has had enormous volumes of "stranded" gas for years and its only now that conditional sales contracts are being signed that the market is ascribing any value to the gas. Still though its only a fraction of what its worth ... eg OSH's reserves are 132mbbl and its gas " resources that will eventually be turned into reserves by firm development go-ahead and firm sales contracts ... are around 850mboe. There's plenty of upside left there .. as there is for HDR with a gas development offshore Mauritania.
