Since the takeover bid has been announced there has been about 15 million shares that have been traded above the takeover price and now are trading about 40% above the takeover price. These are not traders to bid the price up so high, its only a matter of time, I beleive sooner rather than later, a counter offer will be made at around $1 and it's still cheap, still below it cash backing when WPL's further payments are taken into account. Who ever can snare it at that price they will not only get it at below cash backing but also get all the highly prospective leases for free. Not only would WPL be looking at it but also I am sure FAR's other African venture partners Petronas and Petronor, who would have no problem buying a $100 million bargain.
