wpl - silly question

Over the years most of us have come to the conclusion that WPL are very conservative in their announcements and choose their words VERY carefully.
Regarding Sotto, they have described it as "relatively high risk and potentially high reward", not medium risk or high risk, perhaps they are quietly confident ? maybe it's not such high risk ? I find the choice of words interesting, any one else have an opinion.
