Points:
Things going well, biggest thing facing them is financing, re- submitted exploitation plan, woodside assisting partners in financing, arbitration causing uncertainty for financing market, Woodside All star team on this.
arbitration - ruling late in year not clear how Far will resolve this problem they have created for JV, PSC expires in Dec - any ruling will be useless after that anyway
- flip back to Far for them to solve
