Lol CN told me at last years AGM that FAR were working with the government on finance....its a 50% JV finance deal.
The government won't be borrowing the other 50% from WPL or require their assistance....I suspect a poor African country with a stable democracy will have lenders throwing money at them.....and most likely free money.
It must be way above PC's head too......he said snooze you last time round? LOL
