I think you meant "if" rather than "when" but point taken it is always difficult to get going on a project then down tools and walk away at short notice unexpectedly.

It will be interesting to see *if* FAR ever take this to arbitration. Assuming they do and then are successful what would the arbitration outcome be. What would be more likely? compensation payout from COP to FAR to relinquish PE I reckon if FAR manage to win but there is another possible outcome.

*If* FAR do hit the legal go button and then *if* they get a fresh compliant PE notification issued to the JV partners in PE round 2 rather than take compensation to not PE that would be interesting because the appraisal results and connectivity will be known - CNE could participate in PE round 2 and then use its king maker option to exit and FAR could either increase its holding or could work with CNE to on-sell to the new king also.
