I don't rule out that TOTAL are the backer behind FAR s P/E claim.
Back in August 2016 . FAR confronted COP re the proposed WPL deal & surely wld. have been looking for a backer. And presumably got one.
TOTAL were the obvious choice - this is their French speaking backyard.
.Notwithstanding the March 2017 AMI with CNOOC.
Were it the big T , then I like our chances even more.
