I have even suggested previously that I would not impossible and I would not be surprised if there is agreement for COP to allow PE when given the nod. The alternative is arbitration in a French court in Paris.

So, COP wants out and FAR is cash strapped- a triangular 'whisper, whisper, whisper' plan is put in place and COP sells to eager beaver rabbit for a pittance. Happy rabbit joins the digging party, pays large sums for the privilege of digging and finds large amounts of black gold.
Just when happy rabbit stretches out to get a good grip on his black gold, his wrist gets tapped- cash strapped FAR with a mountain of support, gives happy rabbit the bad news; but thanks him for the free dig.
COP does a back flip, FAR PE's and all is well again.except for happy rabbit who hops away with a sore head thinking- what the #*ck just happened.
