My guess, as previously stated, is that the independent directors' report will say the offer is fair ( well above what the stock would trade at without the bid - my response to this is that the price will rise as the company gains consistent profit growth. By mid Fy22 would expect it to trade on a PE of at least 13X giving a share price of 91c.). I think the report will say the bid is not reasonable given the profit outlook. This may be modified if the report places emphasis on the checkered recent profit history.

My minimum acceptance is 91c.
