WPP independent expert's report

My guess is that the independent expert's report will come up with the opinion that : The bid is not fair ( It is too low considering the high earnings recovery expected in 2021) but it is reasonable ( as the stock was trading well below the bid price before the bid and is likely to trade well below fair value if the bid is withdrawn).


My opinion has not changed. The bid is opportune and is being made just prior to a big earnings recovery. Just remember the bid can fail if less than 50% of eligible shareholders say no.
