thx and umc the next play

Could I suggest that the seller of the THX shares these last few days could not be the underwriters as they would not have been issued any scrip at this date? My view it’s a holder who has had probably about 4m shares. If it’s who I think it is he probably has less than 2m to go. That said he has the right to sell, but my interest in who is buying, and a good steady buyer at that.
It’s obvious someone who is new, that is they did not hold previously to take up the rights.
They know something and are prepare to soak up the seller. Who? The question has perplexed me these last couple of days and I have come up with a view..Mine only, take it with a pinch of salt.
I have formed the opinion after hours of deliberation that the support is linked to UMC. Why and how?.
If you have been following the UMC postings on HC the knowledgeable have been talking up a takeover. If this is remotely possible a T/o figure for UMC would have to be plus $1.
You do not have to be a mathematician to work out if this happens THX would not be 9.3c.
If (and I say this without any finger pointing) that someone has guessed or knows a T/O of UMC is a possibility the detour road to make money around any roadblocks is through THX. The risk is minimal as THX current share price has bottomed.
What do you do when you go to bed.. Probably sleep, you can see by my post it takes me a while to nod off.
