Sorry but you are just plain wrong, you clearly don't understand TA. Saying that TA doesn't factor in external factors is like saying the market didn't factor in external factors when it started distributing lithium stocks(on WR1 this happened over almost a 12 month period), the large players saw the glut in lithium coming and started selling down their positions and other large players started shorting the lithium names. That's ALL BASED ON THE LITHIUM PRICE and what they thought it was going to do
