A tiny, low volume bounce and the cheer squad get all excited? Trends take time buddy, this will go lower imo. Look at PMET, only in it's first leg down from the big topping base. Look at the shorts in the producers, no one is covering yet = if you're betting the bottom is in for lithium you're betting against the smart money that got short at the top
