    i learned a hard way, always buy when volumes have dried up after multiple weeks of decline.. 5m plus volume will be your opportunity to offload..

    of course only if you are trading a stock. I don't trade WR1 as I think it has to re rate to 1.5bn MC before the trading games begin.
