Someone is on both sides of this like Rolfy said likely capping to buy more.
You b can see the algo get recalibrated every now and again and all the interrelated orders on both sides change.
With a trained eye one can see the games these days. Once the algo is broken at $1.16 it should fly. Clearly it's a buying algo.
