Can't see how tax loss selling will be negatively impacting us? I assume the majority of WR1 investors have made good profits...

However we should certainly be benefited by it... lots of cash on the sidelines thanks to tax loss selling elsewhere so I wouldn't be surprised if we see a return of the big buying soon

I'd say the biggest issue here is more a bit of profit taking and the uncertainty keeping buyers at bay, though from my experience this is quite a tightly held stock so it wouldn't take much to push it back up to the highs in the near term imo
