there's a big difference between seeing someone express concern about a company's assets, and then saying you "heard" the asset was destroyed (which is what you did.)

I think you know exactly what you're doing. You don't seem to care that retail types can be easily spooked by the sort of post you made, and that can cost them and their families money. They might be stupid to trade based on a rumor, but laws protect stupid people too.

If you can't "remember" where you heard the rumor that WR1's camp was destroyed, I recommend clarifying that you didn't "hear" anything of the sort.
