That’s a good question, generally what happens is a the ASX can issue a speeding ticket/please explain, and call a TH if SP really spikes unexpectedly without any news, if the same happens in reverse, the company can and will ask the ASX to stop trading.
Been moving most of my CXO holding over to Wr1 a for couple weeks now after a disastrous quarterly, been following closely since SB departed CXO.
