Very likely a combination of things contributed to today's rise. It's always tempting to conclude that a late afternoon spike will precede some exceptional news shortly to follow but most lithium companies have rebounded quite well over the past month and we were definitely overdue. The stock was a tremendous buy under 20c, all things considered. Amongst the buyers today there may well have been a few who sold out higher up in May and June and who were patiently waiting for a sign that the floor price had been reversed before buying back in. Monday's trading should tell us more and if the main impetus came from serious investors having divined value in the stock we might expect the gains to hold and perhaps build a little. Without the dubious Goldman Sachs report we'd probably never have fallen below 30c so that price should be sustainable surely, now that investors in other lithium stocks seem to have discounted it.
