Excavator dropped in to assist as some drill rigs will be track mounted

Field work at Tilly, Cancet and Adina has been undertaken and fires have taken over 1/3 of Adina, 1/5 of Cancet and also some at Tilly, that have revealed more outcropping pegmatites

Broker reports didn’t have the benefit of gravity surveys displaying 3.1km strike and excludes the very juicy targets to the north showing what could be stacked pegs as well as to the south west.

Chris agrees there could be a distinct possibility in the broker report suggesting 125Mt is possible.

Technical issues meant a lot of assays had to be run twice - SGS issue.

SGS looking at another cutting in sampling place in Radisson which could cut down assay times by a 1-2 weeks and bring it down to even below four weeks is what CE alluded to.

PWM

We like the fact that Mazerac and Decelle can explore to concentrate efforts elsewhere.

Jackpot is very prospective but was also a play for infrastructure placement.

Road

A company has been formed to JV with the government for road to be built from the south, right past Adina. The project had a PFS 1-2 years ago and it was then they predicted 5-7 year timeline from PFS publication.

Winter road built this winter from Adina to the north.

Followed by an all-weather road, (6-9 month build time). Road will be 70km long.

Permitting

Canadian Govt has been inviting them to events and has a lot more understanding of lithium and no longer see it as a toxic product. Canadian govt aware or should be aware the loss in credibility if the typical permitting timeframes continue to not be adhered to.

Lithium companies such as Allkem, (who took a long time to permit) have everything they have ever submitted during the permitting process. It is all online for the winsome team to log on and see. Including what surveys and what questions they got back throughout the whole process.

MRE

At Adina will consist of 45,000m of drilling. (only 20km of drilling from the 50km drill program expected to start soon.

Cap raise, Partnerships

Enough cash until late next year.

Strategic partners have been a wide range including car manufacturer’s but nothing further given away in terms of talks or negotiations. Lips sealed but reiterated that Winsome is not in a hurry to give away any off takes.

All in all, a fantastic webinar where Chris I feel owned up and was genuine. Being the MD and answering questions not drafted before the webinar but on the spot, gives me great confidence that everything is coming along nicely for Winsome.
