Not ASIC thats for sure. They are Fn useless! ASX doesnt care either. Even when you send the data directly to them with broker/trade data and still ASIC doesnt do anything about the widespread manipulation. But if you buy a stock on close at the end of the day repeatedly, they come and knock on your door.
