I don't think so. WR1 having the offtake rights changes the dynamic completely.
IMO, the bigger risk is an attempt of this on WR1, which also would provide the offtake to PWM and the hostile takeover option of PWM is stil there.
My concern is with the apparent "management" of the SP, holders are being positioned to release enough volume in say the $2-3 per share price range to let a predator in the door in a short period of time.
I have faith in CE and the team and hope we can stay independent for longer...
